Akak dah masuk fasa eh nyampah tengok imej sendiri kat cermin, dek kerana lelemak terbonjol sana sini dan its quite annoying sebab baju dan seluar makin mengecil (eh) dan kena beli yang one size bigger. Aduhhhh
Sebelum ni takde full body mirror, jadi syok sendiri lah dok ingat badan okey padahal...

Maka dengan itu, walaupun klise, nak turunkan berat dan fit, kena lah jaga makan especially with the portion, types of food (less oily, fried foods), and most importantly no late night dinner.
Buat masa ni, masih juga fail but I try every day. Huhu
Exercise pun termasuk eh untuk percepatkan berat turun and to be fit.
So far akak hanya mampu terima aerobik, akak follow Teacherobik. Lain-lain akak rasa boring. Kahkah
I did my aerobics routine every morning, before the three kenits wake up. Dapat at least 30 minutes, peluh-peluh semua keluar, then ahh lega rasa.
Lepas tu nak fokus ke flat belly and toned arms work out.
